1. Acceptance

By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

These Terms apply in addition to any service-specific scope or quote we provide. In case of conflict, the service scope or quote prevails for that job.

3. Services & Scope

  • Windows, carpet steam, oven/fridge interiors
  • Post-renovation or event clean-ups
  • After-hours or key handling

4. Bookings

How we schedule your job

A

Information

Provide accurate details about the property, access and priorities. Quotes may change if information is incomplete.

B

Timing

Arrival windows account for traffic and prior jobs. We’ll message if timing shifts.

C

Changes

Reschedules and cancellations are described below. Minimum callout may apply.

Pricing

Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Quotes are estimates; final charges reflect actual time and scope.

Payments

We accept electronic payments via our provider. For recurring services, you authorise repeat charges per schedule.

Overdue

Unpaid amounts may incur late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.

6. Reschedules & Cancellations

Your flexibility options

Change or cancel up to 24 hours before the booking without fees.

Same-day changes may attract a fee to cover crew allocation and travel.

No-show or denied access may be charged a minimum callout.

7. Customer Obligations

Help us work safely and efficiently

Access

  • Provide safe access, parking details and entry codes or keys.

Pets

  • Secure pets or advise our team about sensitivities.

Preparation

  • Declutter surfaces where possible to maximise cleaning time.

Hazards

  • Inform us about risks such as broken fittings, wet paint, or chemicals.

8. Access & Safety

Our duty of care

Safety first

Mandatory
  • Teams may refuse unsafe tasks or areas.
  • PPE is used where appropriate.
Entry

Keys & codes

Secure
  • We follow secure key handling practices.
  • Notify us immediately if access details change.

Alarms

Optional
  • Provide instructions to arm/disarm; we are not liable for alarm fees due to incorrect details.

9. Damage & Liability

Fair outcomes if issues arise

Reporting

Report any issue within 24 hours of service completion with photos where possible.

Assessment

We review circumstances and may inspect the site. If we are at fault, we will make it right.

Remedy

Remedies may include re-clean, repair or reasonable compensation in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Re-clean window

Eligible jobs include a 24-hour re-clean policy to address reasonable concerns.

No general warranty

Except as required by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Limitations

Reasonable liability caps

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.

Our aggregate liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

We are not liable where loss results from inaccurate information or denied access.

12. Website & Intellectual Property

Using our site and brand

Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or disrupt operations.

IP

Content, logos and marks belong to Enoventium or licensors. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the site.

Links

Links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for external content.

16. Governing Law

Where disputes are handled

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of the state or territory where the service is performed have jurisdiction.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
