Reschedules and cancellations are described below. Minimum callout may apply.
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Quotes are estimates; final charges reflect actual time and scope.
We accept electronic payments via our provider. For recurring services, you authorise repeat charges per schedule.
Unpaid amounts may incur late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.
Your flexibility options
Change or cancel up to 24 hours before the booking without fees.
Same-day changes may attract a fee to cover crew allocation and travel.
No-show or denied access may be charged a minimum callout.

Fair outcomes if issues arise
Report any issue within 24 hours of service completion with photos where possible.
We review circumstances and may inspect the site. If we are at fault, we will make it right.
Remedies may include re-clean, repair or reasonable compensation in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Reasonable liability caps
To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.

We select reputable vendors but are not responsible for their services beyond obligations in law.
Vendor lists may change as we improve operations.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
Material changes will be communicated via the website or email when appropriate.
Continuing to use the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Where disputes are handled
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of the state or territory where the service is performed have jurisdiction.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
